I’ve just came back to write this review as I have just repurchased my second pack and want to share how much these have helped me. I have endo and adeno and my hormones and uterus are a hot mess. Since taking these, and it probably took around 2 months to notice, boob pain is almost non existent, and I used to be in PAIN just walking up and down the stairs a week before and during my period. Also moods, my moods were horrific in luteal phase and I am SO much better now! For sure it’s these vitamins that have helped, I also take 2200mg of evening primrose oil and I think the combo of them both has massively helped my symptoms! 10/10 would recommend!

Though it's still early days taking them, so far I'm feeling okay with these tabs. With a supply of around 4 months in the one pack, you certainly get a change to give these a go! I'm perimenopausal yet still getting the odd period, which has worsened cramp wise, so the combination and the target audience of these tabs was what drew me to them. If they continue to work, I may well recommend them to my youngest teenage daughter who has suffered severe pms cramps for a few years now. For that low price and how many months supply you get, this is such good value and I won't think twice about buying these again if they continue to offer light relief.

I’ve been meaning to try Vitex / Chasteberry for awhile now, after being medically recommended it by a holistic GP. Apparently - although everyone varies (disclaimer there) it can help with perimenopause and some of the things we deal with at that time. This one recommends one capsule per day as they are high strength, and so with 120 in the pouch, it’s a 4 month supply, which is really excellent. They’re made in the UK, which is always nice to see, and support. They are regular sized capsules and are easy to swallow. They do have a bit of a smell, but no taste or aftertaste. I’m guessing it’s going to take a month or so to see if they make any difference, and since my symptoms vary month to month anyway, and since supplements are notoriously difficult to judge and review, we’ll have to see. For me though, they are definitely worth a try.

A great product for balancing hormones.

Got this for my wife, who deals with the full PMS package — cramps, mood swings, general grumpiness (her words, not mine). She’s not keen on hormone-based stuff, so this felt like a decent natural option worth a shot. She’s been taking it daily for a few cycles now, and there’s definitely been a shift. You are getting 120 easy to swallow capsules here if you stick to the recommended daily serving of one they will last you for four months. This works out excellent value for money especially considering you’re getting a decent dosage of 2200 mg. I like the quality of this supplement and has a long expiry date so you do not have to consume this in a hurry. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. It is something I could see myself ordering more of in the future. There is no particular smell or taste from the capsules and I have found them to be effective.
