ROBUD Large Hamster Cage Gerbil Haven Habitat Small Animal Cage (Blue)

This cage is wonderful!! For the mouse I put in the pink cage its perfect. Lots of room and its so pretty. The mouse loves it. Absolutely loves the big mansion that comes with it. I'm sooo happy I bought it. So I quickly got the one in blue for the other guy.WARNING: the one I bought in blue... well that mouse is an escape artist and he ran out of the bars like nothing was there at all. I think he would have done the same in the pink cage since he is an escape artist and these pars are more flimsy than the bars of the other cage I had him in.

The cage was very cute but also very dangerous I bought this cage thinking it was Perfect for my daughters little hamster but when I opened it I was disappointed to find out that half the pieces were broken and the other half were missing. My hamster ended up Xscape in this cage and now we have not been able to find him a week later they did refund me my money however they refunded it to my Amazon account which is pretty much pointless what am I gonna do buy another one? Since I’ve lost my hamster I have to go and buy a new one my daughter is devastated the least they could’ve done was refunded me my money and sent me a brand new one for free with all pieces and non-broken pieces is the least the very least they’ve got it done because my seven year old is absolutely devastated because they can’t simply put all the pieces together non-broken

My daughters friend had to get rid of her hamster in order to live on campus at the university. Poor little hamster had been living in a cardboard box for a couple of weeks. So this cage fit the need for our Robo. The wheel works well. Seems like the quality of the cage overall is good. My daughter assembled most of it - I’d say the instructions were not that great - a little more detail would be useful - but she figured it out. I saw some negative reviews but it seems good to me for the $.

Definitely not the easiest to put together, but manageable. I use a lot more zip ties and they gave me. The deck attachment is very flimsy. Ladder broke while building it. The house is unable to be cleaned inside- so I imagine that will be thrown out after another month. But it’s a great cage and that’s why I bought it in the first place, visually appealing and a lot of space.

The media could not be loaded. My 6 Male Button quail seemed to really enjoy the teeter totter. When I'm Cleaning their cage, they will go in here. It was so entertaining to watch them.My experience buying this cage.Came the next day after ordering.Arrived undamaged.Wire on cage is flimsy, bends to easily.I had to use needle nose pliers to pinch down the wires that were not bent enough, could be dangerous for animals.Platform is supplied with bolts and wing nuts. Only 2 of the wing nuts were usable.The tiny fences, house, teeter totter and platform are made of a weird balsa wood /foam?While putting together one of the fences pegs that go into the platform broke, though I tried to be so careful. My birds didn't seem to mind.I really don't know why they sell plastic, wood, foam items to pet owners with pets that chew.My quail don't chew things up.Again this isn't permanent housing, just a place to put them when I'm cleaning their cage.For me it works and is quite entertaining for me and them.

Like the layout, size, does make my mouse happy.Assembly instructions backwards. After getting it together as instructed, because of going step by step, realized that it was backards. The shelf ended up in front of the door opening. Had to dis-assemble, turn parts around. The back piece should have been attached to the sides instead of front. When turning it around, the connections were not only difficult to assemble, but then didn't really fit into the base correctly. Using some sort of small clips to attach them together would have been better.Wheel connected together with plastic parts, with use, it keeps coming apart. (other companies put a metal screw in there) Material absorbs male mouse odor, so it stinks even after very thorough cleaning.Good thing has lots of room and hiding places for my little guy.

Bought this for a friend. It was a good sized cage, very functional for a hamster. This is a quality product and was good value for the money.

This hamster cage was a complete waste of money. I had to zip tie the shelf to the cage because the cheap plastic/ styrofoam kept breaking apart while tying to put it together. We used it for only about a month before I threw it away and switched back to the cage I had used before. Also, my hamster chewed up the wheel and had shavings everywhere so it is not chew proof! This was supposed to be an upgrade but def wasn’t. I’d save your money cause I wish I’d never have bought it.
