I Am the Stig - Die cut White Vinyl Sticker / Decals

Although it is a little tricky to attach this vinyl decal, the vinyl seems thick and sturdy enough to hold up for a long time. Note that the decal sticks on the outside of the window, just in case that is not clear from the product description. The problem with this type of decal is that the vinyl tends to stick to the backing. Such is the case with this one, particularly in the part that represents The Stig's body; however, it is not the worst that I've seen. All that it takes is some care and patience, and a firm use of a small roller or small squeegee. This is a nice design and may strike purchasers as larger than expected (especially noticeable on smaller vehicles). I fully expect this decal to last a very long time and generate smiles from fellow Top Gear fans and many questions from people who are not familiar with the BBC program. If you are or you know a Top Gear fan, this decal is highly recommended!

I saw several reviews alluding to what a great gift this would make for "your husband." I was apprehensive that it would resist applying to a female's car - that the sticker would sense that I lack vital equipment and refuse to come off of the backing. Alas, I was thrilled to find out that it doesn't mind that I'm a wife that loves Top Gear! Some say that the Stig lacks emotion about everyone equally.Joking aside, I was really pleased with this purchase. It came within a week of ordering and adhered to my car perfectly, and after several months it still looks perfect.

I love the design of this sticker and the price. However, there is no plastic backing between the letters and The Stig. This means once you apply the sticker, only the weak adhesive behind each letter is holding them on. Three of my letters fell off during the application process, so I ended up taping some clear plastic over the sticker to keep the words intact. I would prefer if the white parts were firmly attached to a clear plastic backing.

Really cool, and easy to apply. As long as you clean the surface properly it stays on and doesnt peel. I bought a few of these for people and each person applied it differently and each got different results. The main thing is clean the area well before applying. And use a credit card or hard edge while applying to keep bubbles out. :)

It applied super cleanly, no problems. I love Top Gear and love this sticker. The only thing I'd warn you about is I find that people get a little aggressive when they see the sticker. Not like in a dangerous way but in a "I'm gonna pass the Stig way". This can be a little annoying when you're already speeding down the freeway and car after car decides to go like 40 over the speed limit to pass you.But that's the only thing negative related to this product.

I love my Stig decal! It is indeed quite kickass! It is super awesome, slightly difficult to apply (It turns out fine if you are patient and follow included instructions... two things I'm not great at... :D) but otherwise awesome! And it arrived a day early! I bought two and I'm sending one to my brother who is also a huge Top Gear fan! I know he'll love it! A must have for all Top Gear fans!

My order took 10 days to ship and had only 1 decal not the 3 ordered! Over 2 weeks ago I emailed the shipper and asked for the missing decals to be sent in time for Christmas, I received NO, ZERO, ZIP response. In my opinion this company stole my $. BUYER BEWARE

When I got this in the mail I was worried it was it would be bent since it is shipped in a plain letter envelope. I was pleasantly surprised that it was in perfect condition and was actually bigger than I had expected. My boyfriend is Brazilian and while he was learning English discovered BBC's Top Gear and loves the Stig! I got this for him as a gift and he is going to love it!
