I had a complete hysterectomy with removal of both ovaries way back when I was only 30 years old. Having this kind of surgery at such a young age really impacted me, and by age 62 I already have osteoporosis, even though I've been on Estrogen when I was younger and now I'm on Estradiol at a very low dose. To supplement the Estradiol (and because I have no uterus or cervix and thus no cancer of those) I take natural supplements. This one seems very effective. I was starting to have hot flashes, irritability, and some depression again. However, with taking this menopause formula every other day (and Estradiol on the other days when I'm not taking Menopause Formula #1, all those symptoms are gone. So I WILL keep taking this, and I would highly recommend this product for those who are getting beginning symptoms of me opause.

I really like this product for menapause to treat your hormones. I have tried actual hormone medication and came into side effects with those medications and had too stop them. When I came across Dr. Steve Real Dose Meanopause Formula "1 and took it and it worked for hot flashes, I slept better, and over all just felt better. Plus no allergic reactions. After having my ovaries removed in March 2014, the a Bilateral Mastectomy for Breast Cancer in November 2014....I was having REALLY BAD Hot Flashes (can not take estrogen due to Hormone Receptive Cancer)...I was VERY pleasantly shocked and surprised at how well this Non-Estrogen Menopausal Relief supplement worked for me!
