Doctor recommended taking these twice a day.They are big as hell , which doesn't bother me but might some. Easy to swallow and the only fish oil I've ever taken that doesn't give me fishy burps. Taste is fine. I don't know about any health benefits, as I haven't returned to the doctor yet to find out.
