Looks great when I got it on but the lack of instructions in my packinging was a little disappointing. The QR code on the hardware packaging took me to video for a 2019 and was stuck on, I have a 2023 and opted for the screw on. After a quick search for written instructions, it took all of about 10 minutes to install. The quality seems pretty good.

Fits to hood contours as if OE. Very easy to install and is very securely mounted to vehicle.

The deflector looked good and fit the contour of the hood well except that the tolerance is so tight to reach the latch under the hood to open it, I couldn't fit my hand in to release. I had to find a tool to slip in so I could raise the hood. Too bad; it was otherwise what I was looking for.

If you are highway driving you need this on your truck works great and fit perfectly. I had the one I ordered painted to color match the truck. I also trimmed where the hood latch is to be able to access through the grill as the deflector makes it tight to fit your fingers to open. I wish they were still made in clear. For painting.

When reviewing this product, I was under the assumption that it had the 3m tape on it and it comes with the clip and weather adhesive...well it doesn’t.What this comes with is (2) push pins, (4) short screws, a package of “bump stoppers”.You will remove the original pushpins that hold your weather stripping under your hood, slide the plastic tabs that are on the vent shade under the weather stripping and use the provided screws to screw it through the weather stripping, plastic tabs (holes provided) and then into your hood. The screws are just barely big enough for this.All of the Youtube videos and whatnot for this product show it having these “cone shaped” bump stoppers, and that is simply not true. These “bump stoppers” remind me of a small round flat tab that you would place under a figurine so they don’t slide..If I had to do all over again I wouldn’t get this product.Packaging was so so, all vacuumed sealed and in a long cardboard box, nothing special, or was or would expect anything else.With this on my hood, it is a very special treat when trying to open my hood, very very very tight squeeze for my hand to the hood release latch..

Came on time, easy to install (as long as you fit it between the hood and the factory weather stripping), screw are perfect length. The plastic clips that hold the deflector at the outer edges could be better, and the kit could also use more bump-stops

I've had several of these bug shields on various vehicles in the past, they have all been pretty good and last a long time. The one on my 4runner is still going strong after 7 years (ordered on amazon in 2015), it still looks brand new, although that's more of me being anal about keeping my vehicles looking new!This one came in with a very plastic-like heat shrink and it was bouncing around in a rather large box, which scratched it up pretty good, all of it right in the front and center bulge of the bug shield, so I'm not real happy about putting a scratched up piece of plastic on my 80 thousand dollar truck!Install is a bit finicky if doing it solo, but with an extra hand, install should be nice and easy. No whistling from my vehicle on the highway at 80mph, and it doesn't flutter or move at all.Gonna get the plastic polish and rub the scratches out, and hopefully I can make them unnoticeable. If you can buy this locally, open it up and check it for scratches before heading home. If not, at least Amazon makes it easy to return stuff! I may just have to return it if the scratches don't come out...

Good product for the money. Fits nicely. please be aware on my Chevy Silverado I had to cut away the trim in front of the hood latch to be able to open the hood. Fortunately, had read comments from other buyers who mentioned that they couldn’t open the hood after installing the bug deflector. (See attach photo) I was missing hardware for installing but seller shipped missing hardware out as soon as I contacted them. Good people to deal with.

should keep those bugs up and over the front of the truck. Fairly easy install.

Looks fantastic, but now I have a prominent and annoying whistle while driving at 80+ km/hr. 2021 Silverado Z71 Duramax. I don’t recommend this deflector…manufacturer obviously did no testing.
