Great value and excellent service
I mistakenly received a package without the reagent and the company issued me a full refund. Quick response time. The product is exactly what i needed and at a good price

looks fishy
Why i say that is because the picture shows a rhino printed on the glass but the item i received did not come with the rhino printed on it.

Strongest Suction Cup Ever! (Too strong for its own good)
In all my experience with aquariums and suction cups, never have I ever encountered one that is this strong. It was as if the glass drop checker was glued to the glass. I work in a lab setting and am familiar with the proper handling of glassware but the slightest attempt to reposition this caused it to snap and nearly gashed my finger. And even when I tried pulling the remaining suction cup off the glass with my nails it took some serious trying. The thing works, but it works too well for its own good. 5.5 stars for suction, 2 stars for safety.

incomprehensible instructions
The instructions on the bottle are very hard to decipher. All it says is 15 drops, doesn't mention adding any tank water, there is no brand name on it, so I couldn't even look up instructions online. The glass piece is decent but the reagent seems fake or perhaps a knockoff.

As expected
This came exactly as described. The suction cup grips well as long as your glass is clean. I have used it several times and it does change color as CO2 rises. I don't know much on how to decipher the difference in the hardness of the water. I'm very new to using CO2. It doesn't have good directions either. But it does the job.
