I am teacher with two young children at home. I am constantly trying to find way to strengthen my immune system. These are great for that! If I feel under the weather or want a boost of extra stuff to help my immune system, I take one. The taste took a little getting used to, but I like it very much now.

This stuff always works for me, but I'm not a doctor so I won't recommend or not recommend it. Good price, though, if you're a person that uses it.
