This has been a nightmare experience from beginning to end. Product arrived having clearly been opened before numerous times. The product itself is cheap and brittle. Instantly made my symptoms worse when using it, as the support is poor. So I returned it. Because the company is in the US and returns are at own expense it cost me almost £20 to return. Now the company are claiming not to have received it back and so I have lost the money and the postage too. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.
