Did not work right out of the boxs

The media could not be loaded. I brought this tow truck for my son’s Birthday since he was asking for it months ago, but when arrive I was very disappointed cause I could give him a present due to the fact it came with missing hook to tow away and broken parts also it wasn’t new it was starches all over and digs. Please don’t buy this and be disappointed like me.It is a very and nice and big tow truck but the one they send needs to go in the garage, it’s not new and it has misspend broken parts.

The media could not be loaded. Like others on here this was bought for a birthday gift and was HIGHLY wanted by my son who doesn’t understand things can clearly arrive BROKEN. It was purchased over a month ago and just opened yesterday for his birthday present and it’s broken!!!! The tow does not work the sound buttons on the side don’t work it came scratched and clearly used. I am SO ANGRY. And I’m sure nothing will be done about it. For how expensive things are you think quality control would be considered. Don’t waste your money or your kids tears :(

We have had this toy for over a year (our neighbor gave it to us). They probably had three good years of playing with it, and we had one full year of playing over an hour almost every day. We just bought a replacement because it was just a little past the acceptable condition due to four years of excessive wear and tear. My two year old would be so sad if this truck was no longer in our house.

The first truck I ordered did not work when my grandson unwrapped it….. I returned the truck and HAD to reorder another one. When I went to do that the truck was 10.00 higher. I would not have reorder bec of that but my grandson had his heart set on a tow truck…. The second one seems to be working fine…..

My 4 yo boy loves it. Whistles and lights are all working well. The e towing hook is great. You have to find specific cars that can be hooked up. My son figure it out. He even used selfmade Lego car that he can hook up. I like that the truck is big but lightweight. We have it for 3 weeks- no problems. Recommend.

Excellent for boys

I so wanted to live this truck. I’ve looked all over for a good tow truck for my nephew and this would be good. I’ve been through 3 of them now. The first one the rope got off the wench thing and got stuck in between it and the truck and we could not get it out so it didn’t work any longer. Number 2 the buttons didn’t work to make sounds. Now number 3 has one button that doesn’t work. I am going to try a 4th. Free returns helps with this but very very frustrating.

Turned up with some cardboard taped over the box and box damaged. Sent as a birthday gift and they opened it before they realised the bucket but was missing. Kind of a vital part for a bin lorry and little boy is absolutely gutted.
