This hose is rated medium duty, but I would find it hard to rate it even light duty. It feels very flimsy, and kinks very badly. Even after laying it out flat in the sun for a while and carefully recoiling it, it still kinks.I am not bothering to return it because it is for an area where it will be rarely used and I guess I can put up with it. Also, the twist ties used to fasten it in the packaging were pulled very tight and this may have caused the kinking to start, but the hose is so flimsy it probably wouldn't have mattered. I would not recommend this hose to anyone. Swan used to make very good hoses. What happened??

It works great and serve its purpose. Sturdy.

Good for the price. Its a pain to get the kinks out permanently though.

I had a hose from this manufacturer that i loved but needed a longer one. When it arrived it had numerous kinks in it. I left it stretched out in the sun for two days trying to mold those kinks( 90degrees outside). When i coiled it back up on the hose stand the kinks came right back. So unless i pull all 75 feet out the water pressure is cut off by the kinks.

Perfect! Very sturdy, but flexible at the same time. Nozzle works great!

That is true of nearly all hoses. This one is somewhat better than most, and not very expensive. I still have mine, its years old, and I don't think ill of it yet. You might like this product longer than some alternatives.

Light enough to work the watering of plants on our deck.

I paid for a 5/8” garden hose .. but the one I received is undersized and no brand package label on the product

Purchased to replace a 15 year old Swan hose that started springing leaks. This hose is definitely stiffer and tends to kink / flatten when wound up on a hose reel. Not sure what hose I had originally but it was more blue in color and way softer than this one

The hose works perfectly well for me. It's long enough to snake from my kitchen sink to my balcony. The hose kinks a bit, but this doesn't seem to affect its performance.

It worked great for the first 2 uses, and now the steel connector broke. Therefore, the hose is useless now. Very disappointed with this product because it has not even been 1 month since purchase!
