This set is beautiful, it came in 5 boxes. We love the look and feel of this set, but it was cumbersome to put together to say the least. This took approximately 5 hours to put 8 total pieces together. I feel accomplished in doing so but it took a lot of effort so with 2 people it would have gone faster.The legs of these items do not always come with corresponding holes so you need to screw some of these legs on with only 1 of two holes, it’s not a big deal but made things very confusing.The fire table was cumbersome especially, the language in the manual is meant for experienced propane experts not regular people. Ours wasn’t lighting but my fiancé and I figured it out.Overall, this set is beautiful and completes our deck but be ready to work very hard!

Good product, easy to assemble.Got everything in a timely manner, except the fire pit table. Tracking number said that shipping label was created, but no update on shipping. After a while contacted customer service just to find out that the fire pit table is out of stock till next week. How can they sell a set what’s partially out of stock?! Or if they do, at least a curtesy contact would’ve been nice.

Overall i am satisfied with this product. Some cons to point out, the furniture does bot stay sturdy to the ground, pretty light so often times is moved around by wind.. including the cushions.. may need to purchase velcro to address this.. Love the fire place! Perfect ambiance to the set..and gets pretty hot

I can’t begin to describe how incredibly disappointed I am in this purchase. Even putting it together, I could see there was not a lot of quality. Straps were broken throughout the entire couch. I am guessing it will start unraveling soon. I don’t think there’s repair for thatWhat seems to be the support for under the chairs, I have no idea how they are going to last. Cushions are stiff and not plush, but they are at outdoor and that can be expected.The couch itself is ultra light. And the cushions slide all over the place. It’s just cheap material all together. I don’t See this lasting more than a year. I can’t even sit on it without the sections coming apart. I am ordering clips to see if that will help resolve the problem.The only decent part about the whole thing is the fireplace. It puts out a good around heat.I generally weigh my purchasing decisions strongly based on reviews, and I just felt I needed to put something out there. I wish I would’ve spent some more money and got something solid and heavy that was going to withstand time. This is just incredibly cheap. I don’t know how it got all of the good reviews to begin with.Just a total letdown. I was really excited about this!

Cheaply manufactured, materials are not thick plastics, but rather, thick plastic ribbons with metal frames. There is a reason there’s no close up pic of the sofas, cos they are made of weaved plastic ribbons. They look great in photos and videos but close up in person they look cheap. Not worth the $1100 IMO. You get what you paid for.Contrary to others, assembly was piece of cake. Honestly, if you can match holes to holes together you can put it together. Regular IKEA style tool provided. Cushions are as expected. The saving grace is the fireplace... puts out good heat. However, the glass clips plastics melted and slid right down the glass after a while. After a night of burning the glass are stained with soot.We bought the clips and the sofa cover together, so it’s nice to have all the accessories at one page.Overall, looks good in photos and videos but don’t expect it to last long.

Arrived in separate occasions like everyone said. We had two people assemble it (husband and wife) took about an hour. We have low torque electric screw drivers so it went faster. Hand tightened with a ratchet hand tool. The quality is good. We thought it was stiff, which is good because like expensive hybrid beds, they soften over time. We get it. The fire is good and tall enough. Going to try it without the glass to see if the glass is restricting heat, which is kinda obvious. But I like that it came with glass protectors. We are considering buying another set. Would recommend!

Very pleased with this furniture 100%. Granted it took a few minutes to put the first end section together, after that there was no confusion. It was like putting together a large puzzle together with an allen wrench. I appreciate the excess amount of screws and washers that were included in each piece. Our patio is now a place we can sit outside and relax comfortably. The only drawback was the delivery process. Unfortunately the virus slowed the delivery and it came in pieces, but when it came it was worth it.

These are exactly what I wanted! I put these in my new 3 season sunroom and it’s perfect. Everyone compliments how nice they are. The cushions are firm but that makes them look clean and crisp. The fire pit gives off great heat. The glass is very nice. We worked on the assembly a little at a time but once you get started and finish one or two pieces, the rest go much quicker.Great purchase and money well spent!
