Even though there are tons of brands in the market, My friend recommended this one in particular because of the aminos and according to her is the best bcaa in the market right now. I ordered the blueberry flavor and It’s really yummy. I drink it 30min before working out and I can tell the difference in endurance, energy and tissue recovery. No more pain after leg days!

Perfect addition to early morning fasted training!!!
If you prefer early morning fasted workouts just add this to your pre workout powder. Caffeine will wake you up but the addition of this formula will give you contractile strength which is great!!!

Too sweet
This taste very good but is too sweet,i use half a spoon and it is still sweet I barely can drink it.otherwise it works ,cuts my appetite and gives me energy.
