Looks like candy, but it helps my wife to sleep.

The media could not be loaded. Everyone is looking for more and higher quality sleep. We are deluged with commercials to "help you get" more sleep. My wife has been on OLLY Ultra Strength Sleep Softgels for over a month. So far, no noticable side effects. She takes them about 30 minutes before she wants to go to bed. She does sleep better.At first they thought they were gummies as most other sleep pills are capsules full of magic powder. But they are easy on her stomach, no taste. No complaints. We will keep using them.

Difficult to remove stretchy plastic sheet around cover to get it open, and then to remove cover to remove inner foil.

Both my son and I have trouble sleeping. I’m not a fan of the “gummy” texture but my son absolutely loves them! He takes a dose every night before bed and it has really helped him fall asleep much better.
