My house is 62 years old, and has a pantry and the closets (if that's what you want to call my cupboard closets). These work great! I was using peppermint oil on cotton balls to cut the dam or old smell in the pantry that may have once been a coat closet. The peppermint oil got costly, which I typically use to keep the ants at bay in the house. These bamboo air purifying bags do the job! I think I only had 2 rope ties with the 4 bags, but they did come with 2 hooks, too. I will order again to keep the drawers underneath my closet cupboards fresh smelling. These do not have a scent, thankfully, but they do a wonderful job of eliminating unwanted smells, and easy to use. I have them sitting in the bottom of cabinets. I plan to buy more. It's great to have old house smells eliminated!

In general this product in any brand is expensive and beyond my budget… however when was the most expensive expensive brand did seem to work well and love the results 🙌🏻Only try this brand because it seem to be more reasonably priced & and have quality charcoal.Seems to work fine ;using it in the refrigerator is a little bit harder to discern how effective but I would definitely try it👌

I like that 2 of the bags are Red, I love color- I had my Grandson take the Gray ones to his room, We have had an excessive amount of rain and Humility last Month and a musty smell developed. these bags seem to working the best of several things I have tried. Since the bags are usable for a couple of years if you put them in the sun once a month, I suggest you include 4 hooks instead of 2. being a Quilter I had things in my stash to make hanger with but other's might now.

Well, for my purposes, these don't seem to work. I had read somewhere that charcoal bags would help to reduce dust. This time of year (northeast winter) my house is loaded with dust particles floating through the air. After the fact, I see that these are not recommended for dust. So, they're still floating, and I'm still sneezing.But, I did place one in the cellar by the cat's litter box, and it does seem to help reduce the odor. So, not a complete loss.

I was skeptical at first, but these charcoal odor eliminator bags really do work. There's a smoker in the house & that stink gets everywhere. I noted it most in the clothes closet where the stink would hit me as soon as I walked in. Yuck. I placed two of these in the closet & within 24 hours, the smell was practically gone. Highly recommended! (No stars for "Scent" because there IS no scent. That's the idea!)

I had items from my mother's home that were pictures and paper "memories" she wanted to keep but couldn't take to her memory care facility. They were making things stink in our home. I ordered the bags, small bags and the pyramid bags. In 24 hours the smell was reduced and now after a week I can open the closet and not smell mom's memories! AND the fact that there IS no scent was a plus!!!

If someone said they are such a great salesman that they could sell a bag of coal as an air freshener, you would think it was an old cowboy joke.Well congratulations. You have been sold a bag of coal for air freshener. Yeah I fell for it too and it didn't dawn on me until it arrived at my door.I get my bags and open the plastic bag they come in. It was scentless. And I couldnt help but wonder how can this stuff work. If you read the reviews you would be sold. Let me tell you those people are delusional.Even after supposedly activating it in the sun for 3 hours this stuff still didn't remove nor add any scents. I even placed one in an old truck to see if it would help remove that old car smell. A week later.... Nothing. It removed, nothing. So I place 3 in a small closet. Nothing.This stuff is simply a major scam. 1 minute with a regular inscent and your room will be fine. Save your money from the whole coal in a bag scam. My wife couldn't stop laughing at me.

The product is nice. It works just not at a fast rate. It’s hard to judge how well it’s working when many different factors can contribute to spells going away such as time and regular cleaning. If you are at a last resort then I would go ahead and try. It’s not bad to keep in a drawer or in your car.
