I actually use it to clear out our cats' litter box. It's strong, it's balanced, and I like that little divot near where the handle meets the shovelling surface. It's a small thing, but it's nice to feel it fit in your hand.

I love the way the shovel is able to scoop the sand plus you are able to use the edges of shovel to make some small details in your sand sculpture! Great find!

I didn’t buy it for sand, but I can see how it would be perfect for that. Would definitely recommend.
