Wahoo requirement!
I use it on my Wahoo Kickr which doesn’t have side to side motion. Having a bit more comfortable seat is necessary IMO.

Great for trainer, but takes some getting used to
I got this to use on a stationary trainer. I was having chafing problems with a traditional narrow saddle. This saddle and the way you sit on it fixed that problem. Be aware: you are going to be sitting on a different part of your anatomy and that takes some time to get adapted to.

Narrowest saddle I’ve found really comfortable in tri position
Triathlon racing and training. Little light on padding but love the width

Yes, it's supposed to be narrow!
Look, if you rate this low because it's "too narrow" or "uncomfortable" then you don't understand professional bike saddles and you don't understand how ratings work. Bike saddles are very special parts of the bike and require precision fitting. This saddle is narrow (just like it states!). If my IT was narrower this would have been a perfect fit. It is excellent craftsmanship and the "squish" of the padding was perfect. Again, each person needs their own fit and what's right for me isn't necessarily right for another. I would guess that this would be best for individuals with much narrower hips such as most athletic women and smaller-framed men. DO NOT BUY THIS if you think it's automatically supposed to feel wonderful. This isn't a comfort seat for a beach cruiser.

Bike saddles are very much an individual choice... what one person finds amazing, another will think is like sitting on a rusty saw blade. It really all comes down to your specific shape and how it fits the saddle. Having said that, this ISM saddle gives a great ride. It was my first split-nose saddle. Although these are typically used by triathletes, I have mine on my "regular' Felt road bike and it works great. The split nose takes just enough pressure off the right (wrong?) places, making it very comfortable to ride for long trips. It is even okay on long trainer rides, where your ass can really take a beating in a short time. The saddle is well made, has just the right amount of cushioning, and is light-weight enough to not make a noticeable difference in the overall weight of the bike. Give it a try, it may or may not be perfect for you, but it's a solid choice and worth trying.

AVOID--ISM doesn't stand behind their products
Just over a year after purchasing this saddle, one of the main rails CRACKED within the mount of my bike (no crash, no changes to the mount--it just cracked). ISM says their warranty is only one year after the purchase of products. Crummy--a company that doesn't stand behind a product that is obviously defective.

After many happy years on my comfy old Road saddle - I'm very satisfied with the new Attack. While the author the 2-star review clearly favors an upright position, back on the pelvic "sit bones", I rarely use this area; instead I lean forward. My weight (what little my saddle supports) rests on the "pubic tubercle bones." On me these protuberances are about 35mm apart and fit the saddle's front support perfectly.I too have ridden multiple ISM saddles (Road, Breeze) and while the old Road saddle is perhaps 5mm wider at the (for me, rarely used) sit bone position, in the rear of the saddle, both saddles have near identical pubic tubercle support distance of about 35-38mm. I posted a photo of my 9yo Road saddle over-layed my new Attack to give visual confirmation. Very little noticeable feel other than the new padding is really nice!

Took a few weeks of tweaking to make it work: it’s a keeper.
Love the aero-tuck position (on trainer) and just had try this. Notice the sit bones are behind the junk while in tuck. I position the sit bones right on the shortened nose with the junk overhanging in front of the saddle’s nose. Even with extra padding, it feels quite stiff on the sit bones, more than my Selle Turbo: definitely need a chamois. No numb junk after 2 hour spin unlike the Selle; any sit bone soreness goes away quickly after the ride.
