Value for money but color is very different I ordered silver color but deliver ash color

After searching so many brands and there different models. We decided to go for samsung. Already we were using Samsung washing machine for last 18 yrs.This old machine gas given very good service.Installation is very quick.Washing quality is very good. Diamond drum is playing it's role very nicely.The improved wash program is very effective.Noise is bit there but since it's noninverter hence ok. Till the date performance is very good.

To my surprise, Samsung service team refused to uninstall the machine and demanded an additional charge. When I declined, they stopped communicating entirely, leaving my calls to both the service team and your toll-free number unanswered. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning Samsung’s commitment to customer satisfaction.Now, Amazon has canceled my return request, saying that since the machine is installed, Samsung must handle the issue, as it appears to be a manufacturing fault. I am currently waiting for your service team, who I understand may be a third-party provider authorized by Samsung, to reach out and initiate the repair.Based on my prior experience with this team, my expectations for their cooperation are quite low, as they have been unresponsive in the past and might delay or misrepresent updates in your system.

Considering all the modern fancy washing machines, this one does the job well with no BS that’ll cost you extra.The price felt convincing ofcourse.
