The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased a Large size since I measured about 15" on my knees and a large was recommended. When I tried them on, They felt like a loose sock. I really did not feel any support with them on. I contacted customer support and they got back to me in 24 hours. They promptly took my return and exchanged it for a Medium. They also provided me with tracking and first class shipping. They came in FAST!.I Finally got to give these a try in the gym and boy do my knees feel 5 years younger! I have small joints and i have had bad knees since being in the military. With the medium, these were tight and kept my joints warm and ready for leg day. I went for the 7mm thickness because I wanted that extra layer of support. They are pretty thick and bunch up behind the knees but worth every pain staking squat. I actually look forward to leg day again since its been years since I've used proper knee support.Great product, great material, and well worth the price!

Finally got a chance to test them out last night and I am very happy with them. Kept my knees warm and my squats felt a bit easier because my knees were nice and compressed and didn't feel any pains.. I had a pretty intense leg workout yesterday and I must say I felt great afterwards and didn't feel any soreness in my knees. They are nice and tight and felt kinda like leg wraps which is great. My quads/hamstrings and calves are really sore but my knee feels great. This product held up to a pretty intense workout so thumbs up.. My workout below:- Squats: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (lbs - 185, 205, 225, 225)- Squats To Bench: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (lbs - 225, 275, 275, 315)- Leg Press: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (Plates - 8, 10, 12, 12)- Leg Extensions: 4 sets x 15-20 reps (lbs - 205 entire set)- Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 4 sets x 12-15 reps (lbs - 135, 155, 155, 155)- Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets x 15-20 reps (lbs - 95, 110, 110, 110)- Glute Kickbacks: 4 sets x 20-25 reps- Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets x 20-25 reps- Leg Press Calf Raises: 4 sets x 20-25 reps

Short and sweet, the product so far is holding up well, I squat (since its squatober) 4X a week and i really do enjoy the simply nice feel of the compression on the knees. Perhaps its keeping them warm, promoting bloodflow, even placebo effect, i can't say, but i do feel it helps alot and they are holding up nicely, no smell, easy to get on and off..... and there's the problem. I followed the sizing directions and they slip on and off easier than they should from what i was told, and from what my coach has seen. By his own experiences something at the 7mm thickness with the right tension (with the kind of squater I am) should get a little extra bounce from them, ideally making weights like say 405lbs maybe feel more like say 390 - 395lbs. Now that said, he said that since they are not super tight, to the point where i need to turn them inside out and slide them over the knees etc.... that the simply snug fit wasn't really doing anything for the bounce. Regardless, yes the weight still feels the same however my knees feel better in the sleeves. Now the knee wraps i have and use YES, when wrapped nice and right helps make heavier weights not only lighter, but actually possible for my size and raw lifting capacity. So overall, great product i think, this is my first time using sleeves however, be wary of the sizing guidance.

First of all, the sizing on this product is absolutely amazing. I measured my knee and it was 15 inches so i knew i needed a large. I ordered the large 7mm sleeves and they fit like a glove! Just the right amount of compression and still allows my leg to fully bend.I did some light squats with them to try them out and I have to say the support they give is great. I didn't think knee sleeves would make much of a difference but they really do. I have always had knee problems after running or squatting very heavy so i decided to try these out. If you're thinking about buying these sleeves just go ahead and do it because they are very well made and a quality product.Another thing i really liked about this company is their customer service. I had a few questions when i first saw them and within a couple hours i received a response by one of their team members. This is truly awesome company and they saved me about 40 bucks which i would've spent on rehbands. But honestly these are the same quality and support as rehbands.
