First off they feel amazing in the hand, with the soft touch material, they are light weight but don’t feel cheap.Have been using them for about two week now.Charging speed is not what I expected.It’s slow. Takes 2.5 to 3 hours for it to fully charge my 12 pro max. And about 4-5 for my iPad. Also I have noticed this does not charge my iPad fully. It only goes to 80-88 percent and then dies.Another thing I noticed while using the type c out a few times my devices would drop first as if it’s charging the power bank and then it would start charging my device or I would have to unplug it or turn it off and on. It gets annoying.

I bought two of these portable chargers in November 2023 and absolutely love them. They are very sturdy, a little heavy, have not gotten to a high heat level, and I can charge devices with USB-C ports. We also get a lot of uses out of one charge. I will purchase the wireless option next because using cords is cumbersome at times, but these work wonderfully on road trips, doctors appointments and lunch breaks.

I’ve had these for two years and they’re still going strong. They charge very quickly (although the phone charges a bit faster than an iPad) and I can get just under 2 full charges out of it. There was a point before I switched phones that I was using this almost the entire day because my battery life was horrible and It was a lifesaver. It’s about the same size as an iPhone so it makes it quite portable and easy to carry around and it takes both USB-A and USB-C. So that is also super convenient. Hands down worth every cent. You will not regret this purchase.

I bought these chargers because after a software update plugging my phone directly into my work computer tower freezes it up.Aesthetically they’re very pleasing- smooth and a good shape, not too heavy with cute indicator lights shape like pawprints! Each one is a touch longer than a standard index card and comes with a short USB C to USB cable. The chargers both charge themselves via USB C ports, and when not in use those ports can also be used to charge, giving you three potential charging slots- two standard USB slots and one USB-C.I would say that these chargers are great for day trips and work/home use, but not for long-term travel. I haven’t charged anything from under 20%, and each charger has about four uses (getting my phone from about 30% up to 85%, where I like to have it for safety, though I have let it go to 100% once or twice) before I feel the need to charge the power banks.They don’t seem to HOLD a charge, either- I’d plug them in at least once a week to keep their batteries full. For my purposes, they’re fine- their convenient shape, size and the amount I need charged work out- but if you’re looking for a heavy lifter, these aren’t the products for you. You’re going to want to invest in the heavy duty charging banks with the price tag to match.UPDATE: a representative of the INIU company reached out to me after I left this review. They asked if I wanted a replacement and after I confirmed my shipping address, they sent me two new power banks. I admit here I did not need these replacements- I reiterate what I said above, my power banks work perfectly fine for what I needed- but a recent power outage of some days made me not question the offer, as my phone and tablet were my only means of communication for over 48 hours.The power banks that were sent were actually a step up from the ones in this listing, their bigger voltage banks with a display showing actual power percentages instead of the cute paw. They are wonderful, powerful and definitely the kind of long-haul banks one would take on a trip. I tested them over a tabletop weekend with friends and they kept my tablet and phone charged and ready.The interactions with the rep were all respectful and easy, and while I did not in any way change my review I have added a star for their customer service and would encourage anyone seeking a more powerful charging bank to try out INIU’s other products.
