After only a few months started having problems getting the power/feature button to work. The bottom panel also would not stay attached to main base, so had to be really careful that I didn't get the base wet at all, which is difficult when brushing teeth. Also description says it will hold a charge for 4 weeks after properly charged for 12 hours......completely false. I was having to charge the base every 4 to 5 days. Waste of money, and since it lasted only long enough to go beyond the 30 day return, I gladly threw it in the garbage!

I love this brush personally and ended up buying one for my sister as well. Its very good for the price it comes at and very durable. My favorite part of it is that it comes with extra heads which I can switch up to keep it good as new. Love it!!

So happy with my new toothbrush. I will admit it seems to be stronger than most electronic brushes but the bristles are super soft so it evens out. So many levels and super easy to use.

My gums were very sore after using this. I’m not sure if the bristles were to hard or if this was just brushing oddly. I didn’t return it, but I did toss it out after the first few days.

I will soon be staying with my son and daughter-in-law on the east coast (I live on the West Coast). In fact, I've been doing this for a few years now. Rather than keep packing certain things back and forth, I have decided to order and send some items that will stay there from visit to visit. This rechargeable toothbrush is much like the one I have here at home, so I know I'll be please with it.

Where can I purchase replacement toothbrush heads! I love this brush and I’ve had it for almost a year. On my last toothbrush head and I need replacements.

I bought 2. After the first full charge, the toothbrushes stopped working. Total waste of money
