I bought this to make gummy candies, and it worked well! At least, with gelatin. The recipe I used said you could substitute agar agar for gelatin, and... Not really. At least not with the same instructions. But the sorbitol's great, no problems.

This can be used almost exactly like sugar. Dissolves easily in water and glycerin and when they are mixed.

I had never purchased Sorbitol before and was surprised with the size of the package. But it works well.
