The product arrived in 3 days. Fitted on to the faucet perfectly with no water leakage. There are two IR sensors: bottom sensor will trigger the need-based usage (hold your hand while using) while the side sensor works as off-on (two sweeps). Self-locking mechanism is almost fool-proof. However, the tool included in the package makes it easy to remove the gadget from the faucet. The other side oof the tool intended to remove the filter from the tap was not of much use. USB charger port must be ensured to be closed tightly after charging. Overall, the touchless IR sensor adapter is a good buy.

Works great!

Worked for 6 months fabulously. After 3 months, the side sensor stopped working - I thought must be the charge is halfway done. Random shoots of water used to occur so we would switch off at night. After 6 months, red light came on, did not charge continuously, then stopped working completely. Manual does not guide what to do if there an issue, everything else is actually quite great about it. We did see a huge reduction in water usage in the kitchen.

ordered 3 of which 2 work flawlessly the other has failed with water dripping and intermittently shooting out water spontaneously this has happened within 3 weeks how can I return this also battery life with heavy usage is 3 weeks only so frequent charging required otherwise well built really saves water 30/3 update- a second one has failed allows continuous water passthru even on full charge had to be removed so it seems product life is 3-5 weeks

This is a great use especially where there are children.Although we educated them on less usage of water, they tend to waste.Secondly, this has great use in kitchen where you frequently use the tap for washing whereby touching the tap screw or unwanted water flow can be avoided.One charge stands for min of two weeks.ULTIMATE AIM IS TO REDUCE WASTAGE OF WATER.

Like it. But sensor won't work if hand isn't very close to it.

It is super easy to install and use. Really helps in saving the water. I don't feel guilty now while brushing as no water is wasted.

It's definitely worth the money and does work like a charm.However, there are times it goes cuckoo when a person is standing away from it, and dispenses water without any reason. The solution I found for it is to change the direction of the water saver. Problem solved!
