I love my heat press it does it's job well, and very easy to use. I know I read several comments of the press breaking. In which mine did. I am sure that it was my error as I was trying to press something with lots of pressure. I contacted the Zenny Us company asking if I could purchase a replacement part because i truly love my press. I was very upset that I broke it. With a couple of emails and pictures of broken piece, and order number. I was super excited when they sent me the replacement piece free of charge. The replacement piece took less than a week to get to me.

I bought this whole product for a fair price to learn how to make my own shirts hats and glasses. I have to say I love it. Not only does it heat vinyl, on all sorts of assortments but it also transfers laser and inkjet pictures. It was kind of difficult to understand for a little while but I finally got the hang of it. Thanks to google and how to use the product. I make all sorts of things from my wants to my my grandchildren wants. I just want to say I would buy this product again. If anyone wants a good deal and want different sayings from your business to your house I would recommend buy a bundle package from this company. It heats all sorts of sayings in different ways..... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

I purchased this heat press as a size upgrade to the one I had back in October 2017 I had great luck with it until the heat platen started catching on the arm of the machine. I was in a panic, as my return window was expired and I was having difficulty figuring out how to contact the company. I worried it was a lost cause, but once support helped me with a link to contact them, they had a technician review my problem and promptly shipped a replacement handle that they feel was the issue. Even though my return window has passed, they did not charge me for this part and assured me that they would work with me of this does not resolve the issue.I am very pleased with their customer service and backing their product. The equipment is very easy to use, set up is easy- you can find tutorials on Youtube if the manual is difficult to understand. The sliding bottom platen makes my job so easy. It is an great heat press for the price. This, combined with their willingness to fix any issues, I highly recommend this product to those who are hobbyists and just starting their small business.

It came packaged like fine china and works amazingly. I love the compact size without feeling cramped - the swing out design is amazing. I have used several of the attachments without issues. I love making hats! I've been able to press purses, bags, and shirts without issues. I am very happy with my purchase. The instructions are better than most and this machine ONLY beeps when my timer hits zero! I'd be happy to post a video on setting up the console if requested. I was nervous about this purchase but it is performing well and I've had no lifting of vinyl nor scorching or products. I have not used it for sublimation transfers yet - only to press / transfer vinyl (smooth and glitter).

ZENY Heat Press 12" x 15" Pro 6 in 1 Combo Heat Press Machine Digital Multifunction Transfer Sublimation T-Shirt /Mug /Hat /Plate (#01) Wasn't real sure about this purchase. Had looked at so many heat presses and the reviews were either vague or not so good. But this was recommended by a friend so I took my chance and ordered. So happy I did! This does an amazing job. Exactly like it's supposed to. Have not had the first problem out of it. Heats up great. Temp is right on and pressure it right on. Would order again and would recommend.

Hopefully this review gives you some confidence in making a decision in your purchase of a heat press. I researched a ton on blogs and web sites. I had a lot of questions about clamshell vs. swing away and also the size of the plate/press. My research seemed to indicate that in terms of functionality, the machines are more or less similar, so it comes down to the size of the press, the attachments you might use, and the clamshell vs. swing-away factor. I had initially wanted a 16x20 inch plate press, but when I drew out a 12x15 inch area, I realized that the vast majority of things I make fit within this area, and that this machine was a good model to purchase because it can handle all of what I do now and also give me some room to grow with the attachments. So far, I am happy with my purchase. Below, I've listed some pros, cons, and unknowns about my experience with this machine. Happy reading.Pros:--This machine is sturdy and made of mostly metal parts.--For the money, the plate/press size of 12x15 is a good value.--The machine heats up quickly and seems to work well.--The machine was well-packaged and arrived very quickly.Cons:--The manual is poorly translated from Chinese, so there are a lot of mistranslations and/or sentences that make little or no sense. It can be difficult to discern the gist/overall message. We're hoping we can just keep our fingers crossed that we're not missing any crucial info and that the machine will continue to operate without problems.--The timer function was tricky to figure out (for me, at least). The manual was of little help, but it just took some playing around and guesswork and we got it sorted out.--It doesn't smell great when in operation, but from what I've read, that dissipates over time.Unknowns:--I have only used this on cotton or cotton-blend apparel so far; I'm not sure how it works on extra thick fabrics (sweats, etc.) or performance fabrics (such as nylon/poly, etc.), nor do I have any idea of the performance with the mug and plate attachments. I will try to update this review with any notable results if and when we experiment with new materials and attachments.--I have not tried to use this with sublimation inks, only with vinyls, in case that factors into your purchasing decision.

I bought mine in 2019 and have since expanded to a larger heat press. This is now my back-up and I still use the attachments. This is absolutely worth the money when starting out. I have had zero problems with mine.
