Low quality material. Melting by heat(coupler)
Couplers of both mixer and jars damaged due to low quality plastic. Its only 4 months. Home service not available. Not recommended. Not satisfied. Kindly use material that withholding heat

Not satisfied, it is just very basic!
Being made in India and knowing the spices, curries mixture- it is not appropriate! It takes 5-6 times to grind just the basic and pulse mode is not at all helpful. In the first go the masala settles down and doesn’t grind the spices adequately. Making it difficult to open and reopen keep grinding. This makes a lot of noise while grinding! Not really satisfied with the mechanism and output. If you are a passionate cook and like preparing variety of dishes or are specific with your masala then this product is not recommended at all for you!
