The fountain shoots water into the face of the dog. My dogs never got over that unpleasantness. . They would only drink out of it if I pushed it on for them first. Too bad, its a nifty idea. Maybe a baffle ought to be added to nozzle or something that gradually turns up the pressure?

This is our third dog fountain as our dog wore out the other two. I loves it. This is our first upgraded unit and it is built better with a brass valve.

not what I had thought it was going to be, seems pretty cheaply made, not very high fountain-has already began to rust with little to no use. would not recommend this product.

Still trying to get the dogs to drink out of it. One negative is that it seems to shoot way up in the air after it hasn't been used for a while and scares the dogs.

Like the last guy, mine worked for a few days then all of a sudden stuck open. The tolerance on the valve was too tight. Taking it apart and lubricating it with Vaseline didn't fix the problem. I had to ream the hole out in order for the valve to operate properly. Not a difficult job, but a PIA for a new product.

the water spews out like very fast even when the faucet is turned on low. not like a water fountain spout. the dog hates it and runs whenever I turn it on.

never worked, waste of money

Absolutely love it, my labradoodle plays with it for literally hours! Great construction, easy to set up and MUCH better that having a hose running for him to play in. Thanks!
