Worked well for a month or so. But, it was smaller than I would've liked. After time, it began to rust from being in the rain a few times. The key would no longer turn so my bike was stuck locked to a bike rack at school until I could get someone to come cut it off with a professional grade grinder. If you're not expecting it to come in contact with the elements, you're good.

Good quality lock, wasn't sure if it would fit where I wanted it to but it worked out perfectly. As others said, it is coated to help prevent scratches. It unlocks rather easily also, keys are very specific type and would be hard to duplicate.

I wish the U were just a little longer, but it's just enough to lock up my Montague folding bike through the tires.

Excellent product..the only thing missing is a small flap or cover for the keyhole , as it's left exposed to the elements.
