FoodSaver GameSaver Wingman Plus Vacuum Sealer, Camo by FoodSaver

This is my 5th foodsaver machine. I package 150 to 200 lbs of game meat every fall (normally50 to 100 lb per session), in addition to another 100 or so packages of Pheasant meat. My first one lasted a long time, and I swear it would vacuum seal a bag of water with no problems. Evert machine I've had since that first one has progressively sucked worse (no pun intended). We had to replace the machine we use at bird camp this year, and we're stuck with what we could find on the shelf at 10pm. It wasn't this machine, but it was a similar model. It worked well enough that when I got home from the trip, I ordered this one even though my old machine was still in good working order. I like this one a lot better. Much faster to use, less bag waste, and the seal is MUCH better. Not quite as goid as my first machine but close. It won't vacuum seal a bag of water, but it will vacuum seal a bag of Chilli with no problem. No issues if the vacuum sucks a little water or blood up to the seal area (on all my other models, this resulted in a bad seal every time). Same thing if a little grease/fat gets smeared across the area while putting meat in the bag. I was having to always wipe the area clean with paper towel to ensure a good seal. Now I bag it and go just like I used to. Love this machine! Thinking about getting another one as a spair for when mine eventually wears out.

We purchase bulk meat and dry goods, so do a lot of vacuum sealing. We have purchased a number of vacuum sealers and found FoodSaver brand to be the most durable and reliable. Our previous FoodSaver GameSaver lasted for years, and so far, the Wingman is working great. I agree with another reviewer that the cutter is not really conveniently placed inside the unit, but I can deal with that. Overall glad we purchased. Don't waste your money on another brand. Based on experience, Foodsaver is the best.

Works fantastic we love the machine!

We freeze a lot of fish and elk meat. This model works so muc better than our old food saver and does a good job of sucking the air out. The bags are staying sealed once ion the freezer.

I love the convenience of storage of bag, cutting blade so I don't have crooked cuts and the ease to open and close it, compared to pressing down on both sides.

This is a great unit. It has great suction, a spool for the roll of bags, and a sliding blade to cut them to length...all inside. You can also attach the external food saver accessories to this sealer, which are great in their own right. It really is a great choice all around

Obviously being camouflaged that already makes it better but in all seriousness with a bit of a learning curve I got the hang of it went great packaged up an entire deer in no time.

El equipo hace adecuadamente el oficio para el cual fue diseñado. Las bolsas son resistentes, y mantienen el vacío, preservando así los alimentos durante mayor tiempo. El equipo es fácil de usar. Recomiendo ampliamente seguir instrucciones en el manual adjunto. Sugerencia: Cuidar de que las partes filosas de el alimento al que le van hacer el vacío no haga contacto perpendicular con la superficie de la bolsa, ya que podrá perforar la bolsa y dejar entrar aire dentro de ella.

Love these money savers. Works great. The only thing I miss is the handle. It does save $ on bags as I gain an inch on the top of each bag, though. Great way to save $$ on the grocery bill, store silverware, etc. Also great for storing old pics etc to preserve them.

I love my Gamesaver. I had the Foodsaver previously and it was weeeeelllll loved. It processed a LOT of meat as we are a hunting family. It owed us nothing when it died. I love the fact that we can do repetitive seals without damaging the machine and ease of transport. It’s so convenient to just grab and go knowing you have everything you need inside. (But we always have an extra roll of bags as well)

My old one but the dust and I got this one. We use it for our poultry, wild game, and basically everything else. Works very good!

We had the bigger version of the Foodsaver sealer (V4400) and it just died on us. We looked up reviews on youtube and found this little guy. After using it many many times and for no less that 20 bags in one go, I can honesly say that if this one dies on us, we'll be getting another one just like it. It's easier to use, you save time cause is very simple to learn, you save on your bags cause you can actualy see where you are cutting but also where you are sealing! Great buy and for the price, you won't find better.
