best price ever for a great natural product!
I'll admit it: other than the lack of parabens and chemicals, I was attracted to Mychelle's pumpkin products because I love all things pumpkin. From food to candles, I'm a sucker for the gourd. Imagine my pleasant surprise, though, when I came to love this one! I have previously used various moisturizers from Kiss My Face and Burt's Bees. I would compare this to a lighter, almost more whipped version of Burt's carrot creme. They both are fantastic for dry winter skin (I get particularly dry around my nose).Like the Burt's this product does take a little while to absorb, but I found it much less greasy than the Burt's. Mychelle offers this cream in an unscented version, but honestly the scent of the regular is quite mild and pleasant. Not at all like a baked good! The color is a mild light green, and I find one pot lasts a long while. My only complaint would be the packaging, and it's not enough to warrant removing a star. I dropped the glass jar once on my bathroom floor, and needless to say it was toast. It's easy to get the cream out of the jar (easier than in a plastic tube), but just try to avoid being a klutz like me.In the past I bought my Mychelle products from online skincare retailers when they offered a coupon code. Amazon's subscribe & save price has them beat!

Fantastic!
Great formula! I had gotten a small sample a long time ago from Whole Foods and finally used it and received a number of compliments on the glow of my skin that month (one being from my aesthetician!). Decided to buy the big jar and have been very pleased since. Light consistency, goes on smooth and plays nice with my other products (no pilling). And the best part- it’s all natural!

Great moisturizer! Keeps skin healthy and doesn't cause acne!
I love this product. I used it in a Mychelle tester and fell in love. The scent smells like a cosmetic rendition of pumpkin pie. I guess they really wanted to emphasize the pumpkin content in it. It works really well on the skin and can be used definitely day or night. I am 20 with combination skin and this works well. You only need to dip your finger in it to cover your whole face effectively - seriously, with this less is more. It really moisturizes well and that means a lot coming from me. I can definitely see this working to prevent any fine lines and wrinkles. This is somewhat mattefying and keeps skin looking supple and healthy. I really love it and surprisingly it holds up when it comes to how long it lasts. I had reservations about spending so much for a small quantity, but I use it morning and night and 6 weeks in I have half a jar left, maybe more. The scent is so light but last all day. You will be able to smell it here and there and when your washing your face off at the end of the day in the shower. It's a gender neutral scent I would say definitely. But as a male, I like my own colognes and products so next time I purchase I will buy the unscented version.

Best product for dry/acne-prone/sensitive skin!!!
This is the first moisturizer that I have been able to use which hydrates and does not make me break out! I love this stuff! I'm super sensitive when it comes to anything for my face/skin. I break out to so many products, so I've never been one to use a moisturizer. But now I can!!! YAY!!! It comes in a glass jar and has a nice fragrance, but is not overwhelming. It's a heavier moisturizer, but it soaks in and does not leave a greasy residue on your skin. I will tell you, that when you skin is pretty dry, you will notice an exfoliating of dead skin, if you rub too hard. I notice on days my skin tends to be dryer than others. I use the MyChelle Dermaceuticals Ultra Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum for Dry Skin prior to using the renew cream and my skin has been amazing! Often so good that I don't even bother putting on foundation, as my skin is clear and soft. Others might not agree, but I feel confident enough to leave the house without makeup.

A good choice for natural skin-care
I cannot say I have excessively dry skin, but after thorough cleaning my face is definitely in need of some moisturizer. Before giving MyChelle's Renew Cream a try, I was an avid fan of 3LAB's Perfect Moisturizer, and then gave Atopalm's MLE Face Cream a short-lived shot, as well. All three are similarly priced (with the 3LAB costing just a few dollars more per ounce, and Atopalm just a touch less expensive than MyChelle), and I feel the MyChelle and Atopalm are geared slightly more towards dry and/or problem skin while the 3LAB seems to just be a cream that anyone could use, even with perfect skin.Anyhow, I found the MyChelle to have two, tiny (not quite problematic) interesting details (in contrast with the other two creams, in particular the 3LAB):Even though the cream is water-based, it is a bit on the heavier side. Not only does it take a touch more time to really rub it in (perhaps 1 to 2 minutes, as opposed to other, lighter creams that can take as little as 10 seconds), but by the end of the day, I still notice the cream as I splash water on my face during a quick rinse. However, I do have to admit that for the cream's surprising thickness, it'll jump right into your skin once you've rubbed it around a bit. Your fingers will quickly go from smooth gliding to sticky friction once the cream has (almost magically) disappeared. The directions give an astonishingly conservative recommendation: 'pearl-size' amount to 'face and neck'. I don't even get to my whole face and I've definitely covered the entire tip of my forefinger once or twice. Also, even though the cream is supposed to be 'unscented', there is definitely a smell. Perhaps by 'unscented' they merely mean 'no added ingredients with the purpose of adding fragrance' (I guess it would be quite difficult to hide any scent from a cream made of organic shea butter and pumpkin oils). I can't quite pinpoint the slight smell, but it's definitely not anything sweet or artificial. In the end, I feel it's just the fact that this is a thicker cream with more natural ingredients that gives it a somewhat stronger than usual moisturizer-esque scent. But you and any significant others will notice that you're wearing this specific cream for several hours after application. They also sell a 'scented' version.Amazon's price is not mind-blowing, but just a touch cheaper than going to Whole Foods (this little jar's been on sale there for a little over 20 dollars for as long as I can remember), and a few dollars better than most other online health/beauty retailers. On the bright side, Amazon just recently included this product in their Subscribe and Save deal, which is definitely a steal. The packaging has a very 'green' feel with its thin, post-consumer cardboard and vegetable inks, while the 'jar' itself is a very lightweight plastic tub with the sticker label wrapped around it. No complaints there. While I'm still a fan of 3LAB's lighter, more radiant moisturizer, overall this MyChelle is a great, natural, environmentally friendly (yet effective) product for drier skins.
