Q: does this pump include the clear plastic extension tube to reach the bottom of sauce container?

yes, but I did not like the pump. It crystalizes in the tube, so I just get a smaller bottle that squeezes the sauce out and that works better for me for home use. For a business it would be better.

Q: Does this work for the 90oz bottles?

Yes it works for the 90 oz. bottles. I used it for the 89.4 oz. Ghirardelli bottle.
