Nature's WaySaw Palmetto Herbal Supplement (160mg, 60 Softgels)

I use these with Pygeum so I don't know if it's just these or the combination or just the Pygeum, but im very happy with the results! WAY less bathroom trips at night after about a week of use. Getting a full night's sleep now with no bathroom interruptions and it's great!

Like many supplements this is being used as a preventative, so you really don't know if it's working unless something happens to show it didn't work. However, I did notice a welcome but unexpected result. It seems in order to do it's preventative thing it has to get rid of a bad hormone - which in turn may increase free T. Not sure if this is what happened, but something changed. As always - do your own research and form your on conclusions. Also - stick with the standardized extract and not crushed berries & stems.

I asked reviewers for input and got the soft gels. Good results so far.

I began suffering from mild BPH a few years ago. This is the only supplement I have ever tried that works. I still get up once at night (for obvious reasons), but during the day the urgency and frequency to "go" has diminished greatly. I highly recommend trying this product. I noticed an effect after only a few days. I take one at night with dinner. This product is more expensive than some other brands, but perhaps there is a reason for that.UPDATE:After using this product for a couple months, I confess the problem (BPH) then get worse. I had to discontinue using the product. I hope this works for others. I wish it would've continued working for me.

I needed a higher dosage, so I wound up going with another product - but this was good and works as intended.
