IBDLed/UV Builder Gel, Pink

Wasnt sure if product was legit as product was different to image, it says uv/led cure in images but actual product only referred to uv curing, im aware that ibd produce uv only gels but this was not stated in advert. After submitting a question regarding this I was assured that all products are uv/led curable so tried it but it failed to cure properly in a led lamp. Suspect it is either a fake product or at least false advertising.

First of all, please excuse my little short nails, I had a few run-ins with primers that I was allergic to which resulted in hurried removal but that’s a different story...This pink gel is just lovely, just enough opacity to hide imperfections but not enough to look heavy.Using just as an overlay to keep my paper thin nails strong, lasts quite well, I do a lot of housework without gloves and haven’t noticed any lifting so far, 6 days.Lovely glossy finish, no top coat used, I just wiped off the tacky residue to complete my set.Love the light clean look, will buy again when needed.

This builder gel was really good to use! I am only a beginner but I found it relatively simple once I got the hang of it. One thing I would say is that the colour is a very light pink so I would recommend using clear tips if you’re going to do nail extensions. I used natural tips and it gave me a very nice pink and white ombré effect. The pot is the perfect size and will definitely last you a long time. This builder gel will give you good long lasting nails. To cure the builder gel I purchased the SUNmini UV/LED lamp, which costs about £12 on amazon and so it’s very affordable and good for beginners like me. The lamp cured the builder gel well and I would recommend 60s under the lamp. This builder gel is perfect just by itself or to build up an extension to then paint over. Would definitely recommend this product! :)

UPDATE: This seems to lift quite a bit with the 'base one' primer I have been using so I have purchased the IBD powerbond and dehydrator to see if that's better.I watched a few YouTube tutorials to learn how to use it and it’s great. The pink is a really natural colour and I’ve left it like this without any gel colour (just base and top coat).I’m hoping that I will get better with more practice but it’s really good for an amateur to use who just wants to do their nails at home. Highly recommended.

After applying and curing on the nail plate just becoming so solid, that literally, dropping away from the nail-like whole plastic plate and when work is finished...just separating with a free edge of the nail. And wearable short time - on the whole, nail plate, just because the gel is becoming solid and fragile.
