Been using this monitor for a year now but for some reason the screen just suddenly stopped working. I reached out to amazon support if my warranty still valid. But they told me to contact Uperfect support. I did and was able to talk to sophia who replied to my email very fast. She checked with her team if i can still avail of the warranty even though its already been a year. in just a few hours it got approved! Very happy with the result! got a brand new portable monitor again!

Every thing is great but notice one thing that once I connect this Display with my MacBook Pro 2020 M1 it reduces the video quality of streaming on Netflix and Prime video. Off display not connected it switch back to high quality hd video

I just wanted to share my experience was with Sophia from the support team. She was super quick to respond and jumped right into helping me out in assessing my issue with my UPerfect gaming monitor. It didn't take long at all, and everything was addressed much faster than I expected. Sophia was not only efficient but also really friendly, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

Works very nicely with my acer predator helios 16 laptop with thunderbolt 4 port. I did have issue with the thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the product but uperfect help me get a new cable that went well with my setup. The screen is a perfect match to be used as extended monitor for me as it has same native resolution as my laptop. Tested HDR content and that works as a charm as well. A little pricey but someone who needs portability this is definitely a good choice.

Does what it says on the tin. The screen is sharp and vibrant and feels smooth. It's easy to set up. It works well with both my Macbook and Playstation 4. The cables I needed for this were all included. It’s lightweight and portable. If you use it at home a lot I'd recommend buying a (VESA) stand, but on the go the smart case works as an OK stand. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

I previously owned an ASUS USB-C portable monitor, which worked well until it eventually gave out after a few years. It's lightweight enough that I hardly notice the difference compared to my old ASUS monitor. Unfortunately, around June 2025, the toggle control wheel stopped working, which meant I could no longer access or change any settings. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. After sending them a quick video showing the issue, they confirmed it was still under warranty and offered to send a replacement as soon as they received the broken unit. I ended up being out of town for the summer and forgot to send it back. When I returned, I contacted support again to explain the situation, and they offered to send me the replacement—and I received it within two days. Really thoughtful and greatly appreciated that they looked out for their customer. Overall, this has been a solid investment—not just for the hardware, but also for the customer support experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality portable monitor.

This is a quality monitor that you can carry around with your laptop and extend your productivity. Colours are vivid 2K resolution is awesome to work with. Two USB C cables are included for the video input and extra power if needed. It can also provide the power to the laptop if you connect the power source to the monitor directly. Besides, the support from the seller is top of the class. I actually think their support services are far better than other big tech companies. I can definitely recommend this monitor to anyone who wants the best.
