Just perfect
I've had lots of latex pillows before and needed a new one, this was great. Not too firm or too soft, great support as I have an arthritic neck, and the price is really competitive! Delivery was quick too.

Good latex pillow apart from the smell
Good points.good thickness and good firmness.Bad points.The rubbery smell is quite nasty when first opening packing, even after a few weeks the smell is there, not as bad but still there.

Very flat pillow did not plump up when unpacked
This product did not meet my expectations , packaging was very poor , had to get Amazon involved to get a refund and the company do take money off the refund for sending product back .

Very comfy but smells horrible
This pillow is very comfortable. It was surprisingly flat but that did not affect comfort. The only downside for me is the awful smell of the latex. I thought it would dissipate after a while but sadly it is still over powering. I even left it to 'air' outside for 3 days! But it made no difference.
