The OEM cartridge was pictured for this product but that is not what I received. It was a compatible cartridge. Box says Premium Laser Cartridge. When the price was only $45 I should have been suspicious but the description says it is an OKI brand and the manufacturer is OKI. IT IS NOT!!! I am returning. Do not like deception!

This toner cartridge installed quickly and easily intro my B411d machine. My only complaint is that the release lever was very stiff to operate, making me wonder if there was a problem. However, operation of the level did cause the toner to be released into the drum and all seems well. Since there seems to be only the one replacement cartridge type available, the key issue then is price and availability. The OEM was at 50% of the price posted by a major office supply web site, and the price at Amazon's dealer was more than 20% less than the OEM price. Further, the OEM was out of stock with a 30 day back order.

I had originally written an unfavorable review, as my printer wouldn't work. It turns out I ordered the wrong toner cartridge, which fit my printer. Be very careful when ordering your toner, as the wrong toner's will pop up for some printers. This order arrived timely, and was a new item. Would order from this company again.
