Very lightweight, and soft; bought as a gift for 90 + yr old who didn't want to be weighed down

It is not easy to find a perfect fleece robe, no matter the price. Most of them are warm but generally bulky. I patiently searched and found this one-- described as lightweight, soft and comfortable; and it has other pluses as having side pockets (eliminating extra bulk in front) and a beautifully designed front panel (contrasting with the solid-colored robe and without a bulky lapel). When I received the robe, it is everything as described here and the deep blue color is beautiful.So what is there not to like? There is a design flaw of the 2-front panels: they only overlap each other by about 3" (as you see on the model in the main advertised photos). Most robes' panels overlap each other by about half of extra fabric or by 2/3 in the design-- so that it is comfortable for movements and warm being wrapped in it. This robe is so strangely designed for this important element?! I did read some reviews about this problem, but I thought since I'm petite and thin, it should be ok. But alas, the robe is open on the bottom part when you walk! On colder days inside a heated home, I have to keep adjusting the lack of overlapped fabric to stay warm from the thigh down. The advertised 'roomy cut' is definitely misleading. I hope the maker would read this kind of review and re-design more fabric cut in the front 2 panels for this robe. Then it really would be a 5-star!

I was looking fora a light-weight robe that would feel warm and cozy when I put it on. This is it. I like the styling and a SM-MED fits my size 8 frame well. I would've given 5 stars, except that it's missing inside ties that many robes have that keep the robe from gaping. It's still fine. Washes like a dream.

Just what I have been looking for. The fleece is top quality and beautiful. Purchased the navy one and love the trim. Bought the med/large.

I’m 5’7 and when I go up stairs I step on it so it’s longer then what I’d like. Honestly I was hoping to burn my old robe, but I find myself still grabbing it over this one. It’s definitely light weight, but warm & it’s not bulky. Just too long.

I live at the literal top of a mountain in Colorado... we're 9500 feet above sea level and the winter temps are regularly below zero. This isn't the place for a thin, "fashion" robe! This robe is my daily companion for about 9 months out of the year I've had it. I wear it as I get the fire place going early in the morning, when the house is still freezing, and it keeps me toasty. I've worn it through endless sick kids & it does just fine in the washer & dryer with regular washings. It's thick and cozy and soft. If it can hold up this well through a year of my not-so-luxurious-life, it's definitely well made!

Nice item but you need to order one if not two sizes large. My wife wears 6/8 and she would need an 8/10 for this to fit
