Exactly as described & affordable
They were exactly ass described but I'd and taking them at night time due to stomach upset. But I am.also a gastric bypass patient so that may have something to do with it I will be buying it again the price point is perfect

One of the best things about B1 in my eyes
Many years ago I adopted a little girl that was allergic to mosquitoe bites . When she was bitten her poor little skin would swell up something horribly ! Because I was worried about spraying her with bug repellent all the time , I started researching something natural that would help and that’s when I came across vitamin B1 . It actually has a natural repellent that repels many insects but in my favorite was mosquitoes of course lol . Now because of her age I had to figure out how to give it to her without trying to get her to take a capsule. I took a few and crushed them and then put a little on her cereal in the morning and even though I didn’t give her a full one with trial and error I found the right amount to use . Now she’s grown and I use B1 for my own use and other adults . I tell people that when I started out or if they start out to take 2 a day for a couple days . I started with one in the morning and one in the evening . After the second day I have been taking one a day . And I’ve been doing this since the mid 70’s . I’ve lived overseas , in Ohio , South Carolina and now Florida. Anyone living in the South knows just how difficult it is if you have an issue with mosquito bites. But I swear to you I’ve not been bothered in none of the places I lived when it comes to being ate up ! So if I can help you the way I’ve helped my family then I’m glad I made this post !
