ThIs blade is 6” long. You can also choose 8” or 10” blade lengths. The 16.5” figure is likely the packaging for the 10” blade.

Q: What is the difference besides price in classic n this knife z twilling ?

I know Henkels has a variety of levels of cutlery. I purchase the 4 star level. Had this knife in the 4 star for about 20 years and just replaced it with the same this year. Money well spent if you use and care for them correctly. The rest of mine I have sharpened occasionally and have only done that for the last few years. Finally lost the edge after all that time.

Q: where is this knife manufactured?

It's been a while since I ordered any of these knives, but the ones I have were all manufactured in Germany.
