It worked just like it was advertised.

If I could give this product fewer stars, I would. The description is misleading— it does not heat up sufficiently to seal plastic as advertised. Additional, it does not include an adapter, which I was not informed was required. Overall, I am very disappointed with the performance and lack of transparency.

Make sure this product will work in USA before yi I buy it.

I had the item for a while prior to using it. When I first opened the fusing tool, I could not plug the item in because the prongs are made for Europe and that information was NOT included in the description. I had to order an adapter to be able to use the tool. Once I was able to use the fusing tool, it would not heat up. I had it plugged into the outlet for 90 minutes and I could hold the heating unit in my hand and it did not burn me. I reached out to the seller for a return/exchange, but I did not receive a response. It was outside of the return policy, but the item does not work. I reached out to Amazon, they reached out to the company for a return label to be sent to me in two days. I’m still waiting.

So disappointed, does not heat well, not good for all plastic. Waste of money.

Should have read the reviews! I was recommended this product and needed it for a Valentines day project, waited over a week and I cant even use it! Not happy.

Funktioniert und passt für das, was ich damit vorhatte. Tipp: Vorher das Material testen, um ein gutes Ergebnis zu erhalten (zb verschiedene Varianten von Klarsichthüllen bezüglich Stärke des Materials etc)
