Added to an already growing workout space. They help me in my Pilates practice.

Spice up your workouts!
Added this to my Pilates floor mat workouts & it has been a game changer. I have used the same equipment at an actual Pilates studio and notice this ring does not have the same tension and sturdiness as the one at the studio. It is still a great value add, and I would suggest for light to moderate use (not sure it would hold up to heavy use).
