defective shoe
I got this shoes for my little brother that runs track in high school and after only 2 months of use, the lower side part of the shoe detached from the bottom sole. A defect from factory, I contacted the seller and never got an answer. looking thru the reviews it looks I'm not the only one with this issue. Will never buy again.

looking for a shoe with great cushioning, I found this- love it
After reading the reviews, I went up a 1/2 size- from 9.5 to 10. Glad I did. Normally, I have worn a 4XE in New Balance- but the cut in of the toe on their newer shoes really played havoc with my feet- which are duck feet- super wide. I need both cushioning AND a wide toe box. Have been very disappointed with a lot of brands- so out of desperation I paid over a hundred for these. I prefer a cheaper shoes, of course, but not if it's going to make my feet hurt. Long story short- these are great. I was worried this D width wouldn't be wide enough- but what a surprise! It is! Just barely on my left foot- but it works. And better than then 4E in the NB! So go figure. The cushioning of the sole is fabulous. And the spring in the toe bed is really noticeable. I'm a fan- and I didn't expect to be.

Couldn't Adapt to the Ultra Thick Soles
On my second run with the Hoka One One Bondi 6, I thought to myself -- with some humor -- that it felt like I was running in platform high heels. I bought them for the cushioning and cushioning they have, but at the expense of a very thick sole that feels too squishy to me. I could not get used to very thing I wanted them for ... big cushioning. I also felt unstable in them, though I acknowledge the great reviews the shoes are getting, so I may be a chorus of one. In sum, I think they're well made with great cushioning, but the shoes are not for me.

Great shoe for running and walking.
I ordered this shoe to use in refereeing basketball games as only black shoes can be worn. As soon as I received it I used it in a game. I was highly pleased with it’s performance. It did not need any breaking in. I had bought the same shoe in a different color from a Run On store to use for walking and some jogging. Even though the shoes are the same size 10, the black shoe seemed a better fit than the grey one I bought in the store. This is the third Hoka shoe I have worn and am very pleased with the fit and performance.

Outstanding running and business casual shoe that leads the pack
The Bondi 6 offers maximum cushion and a very comfortable ride. The all black colorway means you can get away wearing it in business or some religious informal settings. Some colorways, like black and white, come in a chewy or wide width. This is extremely comfortable, and in the winter you can insert an Ugg shearling insole so you can enjoy The Best of Both Worlds. This running shoe is also rare in that it offers a knit upper for maximum ventilation in hot and humid days. Your foot you'll perspire noticeably less. 4 incredibly comfortable shoe for running, walking, jogging, and everything in between, this one leads the pack.Model: HOKA ONE ONE Men's Bondi 6 Running ShoeOverall:9.5Aesthetic: 9Acoustic: 9Fit: 9Plush density, insole: 9Walking: 9Durability: 9Quality: 9Branding: 8Dress up: 9Dress down: 9Pros: Comfortable and versatile, well ventilated running and lifestyle shoe.Cons: The default in Seoul, is reasonably well made but really does not offer sufficient cushion.Note: For the winter season in colder climates, consider appearing with the Uggs shearling insole. The Ora recovery slide generation 2 is a terrific Counterpoint to the Bondi line of shoes. After a long run, the Hoka Ora recovery sandal will vibrate therapy so you can tackle the world the next day.

great cushioning and no blisters
Just did a marathon with them, great cushioning and no blisters! I've always had problems running on concrete for 26.2 miles. This brand does not eliminate all the pain, but they do help.

calf strain
well I bought these solely (no pun) because I am prone to calf strain due to overuse training. I calendared my runs over two months and can trace reinjury coinciding with this shoe. I've worn new bal and Nike Kashi with higher foot drops and dont get the pain but with these super cushion shoes I do. Great for walking around house but for whatever reason they are bad for me. These are like a 1970s coup de ville suspension, squishy.

Go half a size up. Larger Toe Box (for splayed toes)
My goal was to find shoes with Large toe box (for the toes to splay)I read endless reviews, then narrowed down to recommended HOKA and Under Armour shoes. Unfortunately, at this age of ecommerce, the product information has near-zero info about the toe box size. So my only course was to order and try. If you have the same need, hope it helps. At Amazon some shoes have Amazon’s Size Recommendation Tool. Don’t trust it!Instead read the reviews. For me it recommended Size 11 for each of the shoes; reviews recommended going up one size. I thought if Amazon recommends me 11, I’d go up only half a size. That was a mistake. Trust the reviews.Under Armour Ua Drift Rn MineralIt’s certainly too small, even at half a size bigger than my usual. Go 1 full size up. Toe box size: bigger than usual shoes. This ended up my favourite.Under Armour Men's Charged Bandit 3Go one full size up. It does not have very large toe box though.Hoka Clifton 5Go half a size up Regular toe box size, not suitable for toes to splay.Hoka Bondi 5 Uomo A3Toe box size: large. Similar to the Under Armour. However, they have very thick sole. Bouncy. As for the style, they look like the special needs orthopedic shoes or that people who want to look taller would wear.Altra Torin 3: absolutely amazing toe box size. Unfortunately Altra’s designs are very …1980s. While I won’t mind ‘unfashionable' for running, I wouldn’t wear them otherwise.

Poor quality, expensive price tag.
After only 3 months, both trainers have split on the sides, totally unacceptable for such expensive trainers which are now unusable as they offer no stability and the tear is getting bigger with each step.I cannot get any help from Amazon other than contacting the seller who have yet to respond.I will update as this situation continues. It's too much money, 130 pounds, to pay for such poor quality.Great cushioning is useless without the upper support.I'm not heavy footed or an athlete, these trainers have been subject to normal wear, a 5k run 4-5 times a week is the only time I wear them, I don't wear them unless I'm going for a run and since I have had a bad back for the last few weeks, they have had very little wear and no running.Very disappointed.

Great running trainer
There are just brilliant, lots of cussioning, sturdy and lightweight. I have tried all the other brands, Nike, Puma Adidas etc, and yes they are good, but these beat then on cussioning and comforts. I take a size 8 and took the advice of other and got an 8.5 size. perfect fit. we all have our favourite brand but was looking for something different. bought a 2nd pair for the wife. again half size up ordered. you wont be disappointed.

I'm a Hoka Convert.
Love these shoes but was forewarned to go up half a size from my usual running shoes. I've worn size 10 Saucony shoes for years, but for these I went for 10.5. Definitely the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned.
