This book was the basis of my pre-calculus course last year, and all I can say is that it helped me soar through the class with flying colors. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this very valuable resource to learn precalculus material or study for tests, especially the SAT.I used this book (and the Volume 2 to the book) to study for the SAT Math II test, and I was amazed by the improvement in my score since my first diagnostic! I ended up doing extremely well on the test.Anyway, I would definitely recommend buying this book and its Volume 2, whether you are studying for the SAT Math or just taking a precalculus course, it is truly a lifesaver and will help you immeasurably.

This book contains concise and comprehensive lessons as well as examples. I can honestly say that the step-by-step presentations make the concepts both easy to understand and memorable. Because of these Powerpoints, I feel more confident in math, and my scores reflect that! Lectures were great for both first time learning as well as a review source for AP Calculus.

This book helped in so many ways, by far the best learning tool in my high school years. I'm currently taking AP Calculus BC, and thanks to the great foundation of Pre-Calculus I received from the step-by-step notes in this, AP Calculus BC is tremendously easier to grasp. Wonderful resource. Very compatible with her Calculus material, so the curriculum flows well. Easy to use workbooks provide powerpoint slides as notes so students can concentrate on listening to lesson rather than writing notes.

I had Ms. Korsunsky as a Pre-Calc teacher and after the first few weeks of her class, it was noticeable that my math abilities had improved. This book was a great help for me in preparing for Calculus as well as the SAT Math test which I took after taking her class.

This is an absolutely amazing series of lectures! My son was able to learn so much from them, and thanks to Mrs. Korsunsky, he was able to score an 800 on the SAT 2 Math Level 2! All of the examples were instructive and interesting, accompanied with detailed diagrams to illustrate the concept. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have fun learning math!

I decided to purchase this book because I was struggling in my Pre-Calculus Honors class. Not only did this book help me grasp the fundamental concepts, but it helped me get ahead in my class.
