Good for a nice soak
I've used other Westlab products before, but I wanted a change from the usual Epsom Salts. These are...well, Magnesium Flakes (which look more salty than flakey), that I use mostly for foot soaks. They work their magic and I get sweet relief, and my feet feel relieved and rejuvenated.You can pretty much get the brand anywhere, so you really can't go wrong with this.
