I've used this brand before, and it's always fresh and delicious.

What can I say? This is red lentils. They're a good source of protein and they take on the flavor of any seasoning in your dish. These lentils are high quality, you don't have to pick them over very much and they're super clean--though I still rinse them off, anyways. The reason I order them from Amazon is because I live on an Indian Reservation in a largely rural state where there is no demand for such a product. So I am pleased that I'm able to order it online and it gets here by the end of the next week.

So far this is the best lentil I've eaten ,easy to cook and very nutritious.

These red lentil taste great (I use them when I make vegetable soup)! I could not find the red ones near me so I substituted the brown ones and the taste isn’t the same; however, since these are organic and made by Bob’s, they are much more expensive (and I had to use almost the whole bag!). That being said, the soup tastes much better so it’s worth it!!!!!
