Q: Does this require and come with a protection spine (like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/b01mxer859/ref=ox_sc_act_title_42?smid=a3p5rokl5a)?

If you want to put a spine in as well its not a problem. I found I didn't need one. The padding in the bag is enough to protect the clubs.

Q: Will a full size golf bag fit inside it

I used a stand bag and there was too much room left so yes a cart bag will fit I reckon

Q: What are dimensions of the bag coz in description it seem small...87cm high and picture says 138cm?????

The bag is definitely big enough for a full set of clubs in its own bag. when you stand it up it ( and it does stand up, unlike some ) it is approximately 160 cms. It also allows some clothing to fit in the travel bag as well. I am fully satisfied with this product.
