How do you peel the cork pads without them breaking?

Peel back carefully and slowly. I haven't had any break on me. If a cork does tear the adhesive will keep it together on the tile

Woefully inadequate packaging!

Product itself is fine but arrived with woefully inadequate packaging! A flimsy box in a mail bag was nowhere near enough protection for ceramic tiles and I am amazed that only one tile arrived broken.
