Q: Does it have any kind of grip/feet to keep from sliding around?

It is just one piece of wood. No grips or feet.

Q: “About this item” states that the board is 0.5 inches thick. The “product information” states that it is 0.75” thick which is it?

The boards are 1/2" (.50") thick. I ordered four and two were darker stained and the other two were lighter. Not what I was expecting.
