Q: I am worried a woman alone hope that I can assemble

There’s minimal actual assembly, just putting the cushions into the covers, placing the in the chair, and putting on the drink holder. The install in very simple too. They include a ceiling mount plate and bolts; all you need is a stud finder, a power drill, and a short ladder so you can reach the ceiling. Then the chair just clips on; they include two heavy duty carabiner style clips and a short heavy duty chain so you have control of the height. I have a hammock chair stand and only needed to use one of the clips.

Q: If I like to hang the chair inside; what minimal ceiling height do I need ?

The Hammock Chair measures 63 inches from the hanging loop to the base of the chair when no one is sitting in the chair. With a person sitting in the chair the total height will measure around 75 inches. This depends on the weight of the person sitting in the chair. A minimum advisable height for the ceiling would therefore be at least 80 inches.

Q: Is the back high enough to rest your head?

It depends on how tall you are and just exactly how you sit in it. I’m 5’11 and I can get my head to rest in it without leaning out too much.
