We wanted a durable combination rain shower head and shower wand, with a diverter valve and a pressure balanced main valve. Should be easy enough to find we thought. Nope! We looked through the local chain stores, the plumbing (contractor) suppliers and most of the one-off plumbing/bathroom design stores finding nothing that fit our criteria or budget. (Does anyone really need a gold-plated shower?!?) We came away empty handed and turned to on-line. It was a leap of faith purchasing this system, one that has paid off.The system is very well packaged and protected. It arrived ahead of schedule and we were very pleased to see the quality of this product. At the time of ordering, we could not find a 6 inch ceiling mount settling for the 12 inch and sending the supplier a note requesting information about getting as 6 inch mount. They sent us one without charge! We had our complete system ahead of schedule.Installing the system with a newly constructed cement board wall and tiled shower was tricky and it took some precise measuring. However, the documentation which came with the system was very accurate and helpful. It’s a good thing too as we have no access from behind the shower and we had few options is we made an error. It was measure multiple times and dry fitting to be sure. It was definitely worth the effort! While we have not had it in use very long, we are extremely pleased with both the product and customer service and are already planning using one in our next bathroom reno.

Not as powerful as I hoped it would be, but I suppose that's down to my water pressure....

We just received this product last week. I am so impressed with how well the whole system is packaged for shipment. The weight of all the pieces really surprised me also. Built very well and should last for years to come. We still have about a month out on our bathroom remodel and can't wait to get this shower system installed. We are building a walk-in tile shower, I have a feeling this shower system is going to be a wonderful addition to our bathroom!!! I hope I remember to update this review with pictures once installed. :)

This product is amazing , heavy therefore good quality would recommend for sure also SR SUN RISE SANITARY was great to deal with they even sent me a shorter shower head arm , would buy from them again for sure
