Will this fit the tca officer pack for the airbus?

Sorry,it doesn't fit for tca officer airbus.

Is it possible to have in mounted in the opposite direction? As in the clamp side down, and the mounting plates flipped?

I don't understand why installed like that. Actually,Clamp and the mounting plates can be disassembled and reassembled as you want.

Can i ask/order for the a variant only? don't like the b at all.

Where can I purchase the top plate and clamp? I accidently bent my top plate and twisted off the clamp and need to replace.
